This is a WWII Japanese Arisaka Rifle, Type 30 Hooked Quillion Bayonet and Scabbard that was manufactured by the Tokyo Kogyo who only produced this model from 1939-1945  and only made 557,000. The low 5 digit serial number with Japanese charactor prefix ( series 33) on the pommel would indicate this to be a mid war example and that it has seen active service. This is further supported by the overall condition .
