Product Information

A genuine early Second World War K98 leather sling. The buckle is marked D&C = Dransfeld & Co, Menden/Sauerland. The leather stopper is dated 1937 and just visible is makers roundal it is stamped within. Still visible in the leather is the chequering used on early slings.

These slings were also used on other German issued guns, and should fit the following; G41(W), G41(M), G43/K43, MP43/1/, MP43,MP44,MP45,StG44 and StG45, G33/40, G29, G98/40. Some of these were modified slightly to accept the K98 sling.
