This is an original WWII MP44 assault rifle magazine. We were reliable informed that it was discovered whilst visiting Omaha beach defenses in France. Being made from pressed steel it has suffered from being exposed to the elements some what. The wording MP44 and what look to be FXO and Waffenamt codes with Nazi Eagle are just visible near the base on either side. Surprising it still works and has fully operational internals, will fit into an MP44 and can hold rounds.
