This is an original NSDAP party badge. The makers initials are M1/25 Rudolf Reiling, Pforhiem. RZM is the purchasing branch who procured equipment and materials for the Third Reich. In German this was the Reichzeugmeisterei. These badges were worn by Nazi officals of all ranks senority.
