WWII US Fighting Knife issued to US Marine Corps

This is a US military fighting knife with WWII USN MKI scabbard. The knife was made by Camillus N.Y. and a 5 inch blade with six grooved leather handle. The USN MKI marked scabbard has NORD-4723 and  B.M. Co. on the back. According to the Navy Ordnance contract list, it was produced in 1944 around D-Day . The markings of B.M. Co. and the stylized v p logo indicate the Beckwith Mfg Co. a division of Victory Plastics made this Mark 1 scabbard. The soldiers initials R.E.B. are scratched into the front and USMC - United States Marine Corps on the back.
