Product Information

This is an antique Afghan Jezail percussion musket. The Jezail uses the unusual Sind shaped stock, which made the gun easier to fire from horseback. They were hand made and regarded as a very personal weapons, and designs and finish varied, often tailored to and individuals requirements. This type was used by Afghan warriors against the British in the Anglo-Afghan wars. The action locks back on both full and half and dry fires.

This is an antique firearm and can be owned live without any form of license. Overall length is 111cms and bore is around 11mm (.45). The hexagonal barrel measures 76cm.
