Product Information

An all matching numbers, regimentally marked Mauser model 1871 rifle. A truly exceptional unmodified example dated 1880, it was manufactured by Spandau. The receiver is marked with the initials "FW" - Frederick Wilhelm, King of Prussia. It is regimentally marked G.F.L.R.1.213 - Guards Fusilier Landwehr Infantry Regiment, 1st Kompany, Weapon Number 213. Incredible every single part is original and matched, even the screws!!! The serial number is also low and is without a letter suffix, meaning this is rifle number 8918th of that years production. All parts are correctly marked with the imperial German army acceptance stamp. It is extremely rare to find a complete all matched 137 year old military rifle, and if that wasn't enough its also chambered in 11mm obsolete calibre and therefore be owned live without any form of license. A true collectors piece. The bore is in excellent condition and action is in full working order.

A real collectors piece and rarely seen in the UK. It has a full working and will cocked, stripped and dry fire.

It is not deactivated in any way and is being sold as a collectors piece only.
