Stunning Condition Tranter Revolver

This is an exceptional condition Tranter Third Model Revolver, chambered in 80 bore (.38) circa mid 1850s. A truely fabulous example with deep crisp blued finish, plated/polished loading arm, trigger, hammer etc. Ornate hand engraving to frame, pistol grip base and barrel and finely hand queckered grips. The barrel and cylinders bear the correct period British proof stamps. The crisp double action is in good working and indexes correctly.
