Superb example of the classic 1928 Tommy gun Thompson model 1928 with pistol style foregrip, ribbed barrel, Cutts compensator, Lyman adjustable rear sight, removable stock and both an original 50 round drum magazine and 20 round stick magazine. This is an old specification example that can be stripped and dry fired. This really is a collectors grade example of the classic gangsters weapon. Used during WWII by British commandos firing the hard hitting .45 calibre round. It was replaced by the cheaper and faster to manufacture Thompson M1A1
