Deactivated WW2 Enfield No2 MK1 Revolver dated 1939
- Product Code: 801C5
- Availability: Out Of Stock
This Enfield manufactured No2 MK1* .38 revolver was manufactured around the same time Britain declared war on Nazi Germany in September 1939, and would appear to be one of the earliest MK1* designated No2 revolvers. The spurless hammer was introduced after complaints from RAF crews and pilots that the spurred hammer MK1 could be snagged and then cocked causing accidental discharge whilst bailing out or moving within the confines of a bomber. This example is in untouched condition with its original factory finish and wooden grips. It retains matching numbers to barrel, frame and cylinders. Deactivated with a working action.
