Deactivated 1943 Dated British No4 MK1 Rifle

This is a Second World War dated British manufactured Lee Enfield No4 MKI rifle. Broad arrow stamped and dated 1943, it was made by ROF Maltby. A very good indication of this rifles active service life can be seen on the stock. The woodwork repair carried out is a standard British armourers. The magazine has also be issued at least 3 times whilst in service. This fine example comes with a period correct canvas sling, Bakelite oiler bottle, pull through cord plus one clip of inert .303 rounds. Deactivated with a working action.
