This is an early WW2 German MG34 machine gun drum magazine. The makers initials WC are those of Hasag, Hugo Schneider AG, Meuselwitz plant, Thuringia, with the date code of 1938. Unlike most this one is serial numbered 7748. Its primary use was for the MG34 and it will also fit the MG42.
