Deactivated Dutch M1873 Military Revolver

This is a fabulous original condition Dutch M1873 revolver that was manufactured by P.Stevens in Maastricht and is a very early example with a low three digit serial numbner 821. These large framed revolvers were chambered in 9.4mm for the Dutch army. This octagonal barrel first variant was produced from 1873 until around 1908 after which a more traditional round barrel model was introduced. They remained in service with the Dutch armed forces throughout both world wars and are beautiful engineered revolvers.

Deactivated to current specifications with clear chambers. The cylinders will index with every pull of the trigger.
