This is a rare Webley No1 3rd Pattern R.I.C. - Royal Irish Constabulary marked .450 revolver that was retailed by R.B.Rodda & Co , Calcutta. Rodda & Co. was a prominent British-owned gun daler situated at the time in Vansittart Row in Calcutta who were a retailer and supplier of weapons. These large framed revolvers were very popular private purchase by serving British Officers during the Victorian era. Deactivated to current specifications with clear chambers. The cylinders will index when the trigger is pulled.
