This is a First World War Enfield manufactured SMLE MKIII* rifle that has seen service during both world wars and beyond. Originally manuafctured in 1918 for WW1, in 1934 it was rebarreled and after the Second World War in 1950 it was refurbished again. The disc markings would indicate that it was in service overseas most likely in the Middle East. A well traveled rifle that has seen service around the world. Deactivated with a working action.
