Product Information

Deactivated Lithgow manufactured Bren gun dated 1942 . Used by Allied troops throughout world war two , the Bren was very reliable and accurate . This one was also used for "Drill Purposes" and is stamped DP . It would have also been paint bright yellow , which you can still see evidence of on the feet and barrel . This was to make it obvious to others that it was not loaded or carrying live ammunition . Deactivated with a working action , can be cocked , stripped and dry fired .
