Product Information

This is a WWII US M1 Carbine manufactured by Underwood Elliot-Fisher. The serial number is from their second batch produced between mid 1943 early 1944. The barrel date confirms this and is dated 1944. UEF only made four batches of M1's totally 545,616. Many of these M1s were made in preparation for the D-Day landing of June 1944. Both wood work and action carry the correct US military ordnance acceptance stamps and carcouches. Deactivated with tensioned cocking lever and trigger.
