Deactivated WWII US Wildcat Browning .50 Cal Machine Gun

This is an extremely rare WWII US Browning .50 Cal machine gun from a Grumman F4F Wildcat fighter. In brief, during WWII the Wildcat crash landed in a bog in Northern Ireland. The pilot survived and the plane remained in the bog until the late 1970s early 80s after which it was recovered and is now on display with the Ulster Aviation Society in Northern Ireland. This particular gun was missing from the crash site when the plane was recovered from the bog but, now after all these years is finally being reunited with the plane.
