A First World War DWM (Deutsche Waffen-und Munitionsfabriken) Artillery Luger dated 1917 with low three digit serial number. Matching numbers to frame, barrel and receiver. One of the most sought after and prized Lugers, often a favourite Allied bring back.  At the end of WWI the Allied Commission created the by the Treaty of Versailles banned Germany from having weapons longer then 100mm. This meant all Artillery Lugers had to have shorter barrels fitted. Thankfully this one still has its original one. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
