Deactivated WWI Gew98 Rifle dated 1918 and in lovely condition with great wood work. Manufactured by Mauser. Rare example with regimental markings. We believe that the abbreviations maybe, 1st Company, Jager Regiment, 146th. Definitely worthy of further research. As used by German forces during world war one. Available with original 1916 dated bayonet and scabbard. Not included in the price. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
