WWII German Mauser K98. Manufactured by Mauser (S/42) in 1937 the receiver bears the correct early Nazi drop winged Weimar eagles and eagle over 63 stamps. This K98 was made in preparation for Nazi Germany's invasion of Czechoslovakia in 1938. This invasion started WWII as we know it. This example bears no capture markings, Russian or other. The K98 was issued to all branches of the Nazi regime seeing service on all fronts throughout the war. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
