A very good example of a late war Nazi manufactured Browning model 1922 pistol (German designation as the 626b). This pistol dates to 1944 and is from one of the very last batches produced before the factory was liberated in 1944. Correctly waffen coded WaA140, the last three blocks of serial numbers used finished with a letter suffix a, b and c. This pistol being number 78, 730b. Final polishing was omitted to speed up output and magazines had a phosphate finish. This example has its original finish and is matching numbers. Deactivated with a working action, can be cocked, stripped and dry fired .
