Deactivated WWII Nazi K98 Kreigsmodell

This is a 1944 dated Mauser "byf" coded K98 - Kreigsmodell. Marked with the correct Waffen code WaA135 on receiver and barrel. Produced towards the end of the war these K98s were issued to all branches of the Nazi regime including the Volkstrum - peoples militia, as Allied forces closed in. The "Kreigsmodell" features far less numbered parts and simplified components to reduce production times. This example bears no other countries capture markings and has definitely see action.

Deactivated to current specifications with moving bolt and removable magazine. This rifle can still be fully dismantled with the exception of the bolt.
