Deactivated Cold War Era Russian SKS semi automatic carbine. Designed in 1945, this carbine was the for runner to the legendary Kalashnikov AK47.This example is in great condition with all matching numbers, stunning wood work and dated 1953. They are still used for ceremonial purposes and in use in many countries today and were used by Vietnamese forces during the Vietnam War. Deactivated to current specifications. Comes with correct Russian marked sling.
