This is a genuine WWII British made No4T sniper rifle chambered in .303 . Dated 1944 and stamped M47C , this is the manufacturing code used by BSA Shirley . "TR" stamped below the serial number meaning Telescopic Rifle . Matching numbers on bolt , rifle and scope .The scope is a No32 MK1 , dated 1943 and has excellent clear optics . This is the rifle used by British snipers during WWII . A very rare opportunity to own an original WWII British rifle . This is a live rifle and requires a firearms certificate with the correct variation for .303 . Comes with original leather sling .
