Product Information

WW1 German Granatenwerfer mortar bomb with nose fuse and fragmentation body. This bomb was fired from the portable "Granatenwerfer 16" . Introduced in 1916, this was a German grenade thrower which bridged the gap between hand-thrown grenades and the light mortar. It was small and ideally suited for trench warfare. This mortar round is still in great condition with complete flight wings.
