This is a WWI German imperial army Gew98 rifle S98/05 'Butcher' knife bayonet with steel scabbard. Manufactured by Deutsche Maschinenfabrik A-G. Duisburgdated dated 1916 with the correct Imperial German acceptance stamps on both bayoneyt and scabbard.
