Product Information

A very impressive US 75mm recoilless round. As the name suggests it was fired from a recoilless rifle. The 75mm round was originally designed to be fired from the T-21 and later the M20 recoilless rifles. Designed towards the end of WW2 it saw extensive use during the Korean and Vietnam wars. This example was used for training and is marked "INERTE" . It has the US ordnance codes M31 A1 & M309A1 and dates of 1954 and 1962. The fuse is an M51A5 .It still has its empty plastic propellant bag inside the shell case.
