WW1 German H.Z.14 Brass percussion fuse. Introduced in 1914, it was fitted to a variety of projectiles that were fired from a range of field guns and howitzers including the 9cm, 10cm & 12cm guns. This example is dated 1916 but failed to detonate on impact.
