This is a WWII era British No7 MK1/L  Bayonet & Scabbard to fit a No4 rifle. The letter "L" denotes Land Service. Only produced from 1944-48 and only issued to selective units. This one has several broad arrow acceptance stamps however, the makers marked is not legible.
