This is a genuine WWII Nazi sword scabbard or dagger scabbard hanger. Constructed from leather with metal buckle at one end and spring clip/hoop at the other. The spring clip is marked with the wartime Nazi codes RZM M5/8 and DRGM. RZM - Reichzeugmeisterei was the purchasing branch who procured equipment and materials for the Third Reich. DRGM stands for the Deutsches Reich Gebrauchsmuster or German Reich Registered Design.
