Product Information

This is a 1867 dated Tower manufactured Snider Two Band Rifle. The lock bears the Royal Crown emblem and maker name Tower and date of 1867. The barrel is marked with the corect period proofs and calibre of 25 Bore or .570. This rifle would have most likely been sold as a private purchase. The overall condition is still very good throughout with a lovely even patinia to action and barrel.

The bore is still in good condition with even rifling throughout, and the action is crisp and smooth. It can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.

This lovely rifle is chambered in an obsolete calibre and can therefore be owned live without any form of license.

It is being sold as a collectors piece only.
