Product Information

A very nice original condition French No3 Gaulois "Squeeze" pistol or "palm squeezer", Circa 1908-1910. Beautifully engraved with floral motifs. Marked No3, with the makers mark “Manufacture Armes Et. Cycles Saint Etienne”. Internally both serial numbers are matched. After 1897 the name was changed along with the stamp to "Gaulois", in line with the name of the 8mm centrefire cartridge it chambered until production ceased in 1910.  The frame is adorned with an extremely fine factory-finish hand engraving and features a three position selector switch with positions for fire, safety and unloading/disassembly. Operation of the pistol was a simple squeeze of the palm trigger which provided a double action mechanism, chambering the round, cocking and firing the gun, then ejecting the spent case on release.

Chambered 8mm obsolete calibre it can be owned live without any form of license.

It is not deactivated in any way and is being sold as a collectors piece only.
