Rare WWI French Berthier  MLe 1907-15 Rifle Dated 1916, manufactured MAC (Châtellerault). This beautiful example being unmodified and all matching numbers, many were upgraded from a three round to a five round magazine capacity during WWI to keep in line with the German Gew98s and save on reloading times. The Mle saw active service in both world wars. Now be coming increasingly hard to find. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
