Product Information

An original British manufactured Vickers machine gun (not to be confused with more common Australian examples available). Profusely broad arrow marked, with all components marked VAC (Vickers Armstrongs Crayford). The serial number (B1007) dates to 1933-34. Original military green paint to both Vickers and tripod. The tripod is stamped P.876. most likely the unit or detachment it was assigned to. Used extensively by British and Allied forces, including the Home Guard throughout WWII. A superb example that would make an impressive display piece. Comes with wooden transit chest. 250 round canvas belt with inert .303 rounds. Deactivated in 1989 to old specifications it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
