Rare WWII Nazi Walther PPK Duraluminum Framed. As the name suggests these PPKs were manufactured with aluminum frames rather than the more traditional steel ones. Walther was experimenting with new designs and concepts at this time. One of the main bonuses of this concept was it reduced overall weight of the pistol and was an easier material to machine. The reduced weight made it better suited as a concealment weapon and more manageable when holstered, often being favoured by the Luftwaffe.  Walther only produced very limited numbers before the factory was captured by Allied forces. This rare example dates to 1942 with matching numbers, correct Eagle over N proof stamps. The black one piece wrap rounds grips are correct and have been repaired at some stage. A rare Nazi PPK variant. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
