Deactivated Walther Model No4 Pistol. 7.65/.32 calibre. Production of this model first started in 1915. Less powerful than the 9mm Luger, it was far easier to maintain, much more reliable, and better suited to trench-warfare environment. Post war production continued until the late 1920s and finished in 1929. This example is a forth variant and is from one of the very last batches ever produced prior to the introduction of the legendary Walther PP. Deactivated with a working action, it can be cocked and dry fired.
