An original condition WWII production Walther PP. The serial number and proof stamps date to 1940 production and would have almost certainly been issued to a senior or highly ranked German officer or official. During this period the PP was considered to be a very prestigious sidearm and was very popular with these types of German personnel. They could also opt to privately purchase. During WWII Germany had strict laws on gun ownership only allowing selected German citizens, along with Nazi personnel/members to have firearms. This example is still in great condition with its original factory finish, grips and wartime magazine. Deactivated with a working action and can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
