This is superb example of a WWII Japanese Arisaka Type 38 rifle. It has lovely wood work and has its original matching bolt with dust cover. The steel dust cover is often missing due to rattling when in use. The rattling cover would avert US soldiers to the presents of Japanese forces. This example has its original factory finish and the Japanese chrysanthemum in take. The receiver bears all the correct factory stamps and markings. A great example. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
