Deactivated PPS43 Submachine Gun dated 1955 (Vietnam Era) with Chinese wording. This is a Chinese made example of the Russian The PPS-43 (Pistolet-Pulemet Sudaeva, model of 1943 = Sudaev SMG) . The Chinese supplied Vietnamese forces with these types of weapons during the conflict with the US. This example has obviously seen plenty of action with much of its original finish worn off and wooden grips added to to replace the bakelite ones which were prone to chipping and cracking. Deactivated to current specifications.
