Product Information

Hotchkiss "Universal" submachine gun. This gun folds up into a very compact unit, this made it perfect for airborne troops and confined spaces such as armoured vehicles or helicopters. A very clever and unique design concept. It unfortunately wasn't a great success and was only in production from 1949 to 1952 with only very small units produced. A very sought after old spec SMG. Deactivated in 1995 old specifications, can be cocked, stripped and dry fired .
