Deactivated Old Spec Chinese Nagant Carbine (Korean War Era). Dated 1955 with Chinese characters on the receiver. They were supplied by China, who supported the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea. Although the war official ended in 1953, after the armistice agreement was signed, skirmishes and minor outbreaks have continued to this day. They were also supplied and used by the Vietnamese during the Vietnam War. The design is identical to that of the Russian made carbine examples, chambered in 7.62mm with folding bayonet. Deactivated in 1990 to old specifications it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
