Deactivated Sterling MK4 Submachine gun Model L2A3. A cracking example of the classic Sterling SMG with its original "crackle" finish. The Sterling was adopted by the British Army in 1953 and continued in service into the 1990s, seeing action in the Northern Ireland and Falklands war and many other conflicts. Deactivated to current specifications with a moving cocking handle. It is still partially strippable.
