This is a very early production US manufactured Stevens 77F by Savage Arms Corp. Chambered in 12 bore. This example has a very low three digit serial number and dates to the 1954/55 production, the first years of 77F manufacture. It is very similar to the Model E that was used by the US during the Vietnam war. This example has a 22 inch barrel and would have been used by either the military, police or specialist units because only these bodies are permitted to have shotguns with barrels of this length.

Deactivated with a working pump action. This item is available for purchase and is currently at the proof house being certificate.
