This is a rare and original Nazi "D.R.G.M." Deutsches Reich Gebrauchsmuster or German Reich Registered Design marked brown leather holster for a Walther PPK.  Below this mark is the maker mark "Akah" representing Albrecht Kind aus Hunstig who were contracted to manufacture this holster. Under the flap hand written in ink is the owners initials "HS". This holsters and its accompanying PPK would have been issued to senior or highly ranked Nazi party member or official.
