A Winchester model 1890 pump action "take down" rifle, chambered in .22LR. The serial dates to 1899 production. It can be quickly disassembly by simply turning the screw on the left hand side of the action. Another very clever and innovative design by the legendary John Browning. The model 1890 is still one of Winchesters most successful rifles of its type. This one is fitted with a flip up peep hole sight. After this one was imported to the UK it was at some stage sold into the commercial market and was marked "Not English Make". Still very popular these super rifles make great shooters either for small game or target shooting. An FAC with the correct variation is required to purchase this rifle. Can be deactivated to order with a full working action.
