Product Information

A superb Second World War, early production Nazi Mauser K98 fitted with matching ZF39 scope and mounts. This K98 was manufactured in 1937 by Mauser under secret code S/42. The carbine is virtually all matching numbers apart from the bolt and rear sight leaf and is correctly marked with early Weimar Eagle 63 codes. The stock bears the letter H - Heer or army issue stamp. The bolt is matched parts to itself and is also Mauser coded with Eagle 63. During WWII it was stationed in Norway where it eventually fell into their ownership. Post war it was converted into a sniper using an original WWII Nazi ZF39 K.KAHLES, WEIN , H/4x60 scope with rail and mounts. These parts are all matched. The scope has good clear optics. The result is a superb looking sniper in great condition throughout. It comes fitted with an original leather sling, cleaning rod and sight hood cover.

It is chambered in .30 06 and can be held on an FAC with the correct variation. It can be deactivated to order.
