This is a Boer War era British 60 round (12 pockets) leather Bandolier for the .303 round. These bandoliers were used by British forces during the Boer wars and often used if captured by Boer forces. This example comes with 5 inert 7.5mm rounds as used in the Boer Mauser rifles.
