Hamburg Police Issued Holster. Marked on the back with the initials Pol.Hbg.- Police Hamburg number 691. When this holster was reissued the markings were then struck out. It fits a Walther PP, Mauser HSc or Sauer 38H size pistol, all of which were issued and used by the police. Just visible under the flap are what we believe to be the police district or unit markings. These holsters were used before, during and after WWII.
