A Schmidt Rubin Model 1889/11 Bayonet & Scabbard with Leather Frog. Designed as the model of 1911, this example comes with its original leather frog that has the soldiers name and regiment scribed into the leather. This example has definitely been issued into service, the exposed parts have tarnished from the elements whilst the other side has remained unaffected. The 1889/11 has an arresting fitted to the fuller to help secure the bayonet in the scabbard.
